Job summary

iQuest is seeking a proactive Sales Executive in Dubai to drive new business opportunities and generate revenue within the UAE market. You will identify corporate customers, engage via cold calling and networking, and manage end-to-end deal cycles with a focus on long-term relationships.

The role requires strong B2B sales experience, drive, and the ability to meet monthly and annual targets. A valid UAE driving license is mandatory, and local market knowledge is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in Printing / Packaging / Labels / Cartons / related industry is preferred.
• Strong B2B / corporate / outdoor sales experience.
• UAE sales experience will be preferred.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of developing new customers.
• Candidates of any nationality can apply.
• Candidate should be available to join ASAP / within short notice.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate sales within the assigned market.
• Identify and approach potential corporate/B2B customers through cold calling, networking, referrals and field visits.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct regular client visits and understand customer requirements.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial offers and follow up until order closure.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales pipeline information in CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, leads and outstanding payments.
