Job summary

MMC Print n Gift in Dubai, UAE is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales professional to grow our corporate client base. You will identify new accounts, present our gifting, printing and branding solutions, and close deals with decision-makers.

You will build relationships with HR, Procurement, Marketing and events teams, generate leads via LinkedIn and cold outreach, and manage proposals, quotations and the sales pipeline to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate sales.
• Experience in corporate gifting, promotional products, printing, advertising, branding, or related industry preferred.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients across the UAE.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR, Procurement, Marketing, Admin, and Events teams.
• Understand client requirements and recommend corporate gifting, printing, and branding solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations and product discussions with prospective clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers with relevant teams.
• Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining healthy margins.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain records of leads, opportunities, client interactions, and sales activities.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for repeat and upselling.
