Job summary

Najmat Al Buhairah Graphics, a printing and branding company in Sharjah, UAE, is seeking a Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the printing and production industry. This field-based B2B role requires meeting clients, generating new business, understanding printing requirements, and closing printing and branding orders with a focus on delivering value to corporate clients in the UAE.

Experience with corporate printing, signage, packaging or promotional products is an advantage,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Printing / Production / Advertising industry.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, materials and finishing.
• Proven ability to generate new clients and close B2B sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Confident in attending face-to-face client meetings.
• Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable with field sales.
• UAE Driving License is required.
• Candidates currently based in Sharjah are preferred.
• Candidates with their own UAE visa will be preferred.
• English and Arabic are required.
• Experience with corporate printing, branding, signage, packaging or promotional products is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking and client referrals.
• Identify and approach potential corporate and business clients.
• Visit clients and understand their printing, branding and production requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Negotiate with clients and close sales while achieving monthly targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Generate repeat business and identify additional printing and branding opportunities.
• Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed.
• Have a good understanding of printing materials, paper, substrates, finishing, signage, packaging and promotional products.
• Submit daily sales reports, including client visits, leads, quotations, follow-ups and confirmed orders.
