Job summary

Element MEA is seeking an energetic Sales Executive in Dubai to drive new business for a leading salon and spa management SaaS platform. You will identify prospects, conduct engaging product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals with salon and spa owners and decision-makers.

The role requires strong communication, outbound selling, and a target-driven mindset with field-based activity across the UAE. UAE market knowledge and SaaS experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Sales/Business Development, SaaS or beauty/wellness industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across salons, spas, beauty clinics, and wellness businesses.
• Conduct daily outbound sales activities via cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Research prospects and identify key decision-makers.
• Approach salon owners, spa managers, and business owners to introduce the platform.
• Follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Manage the sales process from qualification to closing, including demonstrations and proposals.
