Job summary

Element Search is assisting a market-leading salon and spa management software provider in Dubai to recruit a high-energy Sales Executive capable of driving new business opportunities and closing deals with salon and spa owners across the UAE.

You will conduct professional product demonstrations, engage in outbound outreach, and build a robust sales pipeline, leveraging strong communication and CRM discipline to meet aggressive targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Sales/Business Development.
• Experience in UAE market with local buyers.
• Experience in B2B sales and new business development.
• Experience selling SaaS, software or tech services is highly preferred.
• Strong outbound prospecting, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities across salons, spas, beauty clinics, and wellness businesses.
• Conduct daily outbound sales activities including cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, networking, and field visits.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through qualification, demonstration, negotiation, and closing.
• Conduct professional and engaging product demonstrations, both online and in person.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable platform solutions; present features including online booking, POS, staff and inventory management, marketing automation, reporting and analytics, and mobile apps.
• Prepare and share commercial proposals and quotations; handle objections and negotiate within guidelines.
• Convert qualified prospects into sales and maintain regular follow-ups until closure.
• Build strong relationships with salon owners, spa managers, and other decision-makers; develop existing leads and referrals.
