Job summary

Salonista in the UAE is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our salon and beauty network across the UAE. You will generate leads, conduct demos, and close deals with owners and decision-makers.

Freshers welcome; UAE experience preferred; degree not mandatory. Strong field sales, negotiation skills, and excellent communication are required for this on-site, full-time role in the UAE.

Qualifications

• 0–6 years in Business Development or UAE sales; UAE sales experience preferred.
• Strong B2B field sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in cold calling and client acquisition.
• Freshers welcome; proven sales experience matters more.
• Experience in Beauty, Wellness, Hospitality, SaaS, or marketplace businesses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach salons, spas, beauty clinics, barbershops and beauty businesses across the UAE.
• Generate leads through cold calls WhatsApp LinkedIn networking and field outreach.
• Conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Onboard new businesses onto the Salonista platform.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
