Job summary

Nathan HR is seeking an Outdoor Sales Executive – B2B for our Dubai-based client in the consumer products sector. The role centers on driving new business across the UAE, with a strong emphasis on perfume shops and fragrance retailers.

The candidate should have proven UAE outdoor/B2B sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to generate and close opportunities in an outdoor sales setting.

Qualifications

• Previous UAE outdoor/B2B sales experience is essential.
• Experience selling to perfume shops, fragrance retailers or similar businesses is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of the UAE perfume/fragrance retail market would be an advantage.
• Candidates with experience in Rasasi, Ahmed Al Maghribi Perfumes or similar brands would be relevant.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to independently generate and close new business.
• Target-driven, proactive and comfortable working in an outdoor sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular outdoor market visits across the UAE to identify and develop new B2B customers.
• Visit perfume shops, fragrance retailers and related businesses to introduce product range.
• Generate new leads, establish customer relationships and convert prospects into active accounts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and product presentation to negotiation and closing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and consistently generate new business opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and newly acquired customers.
