Job summary

Nathan HR is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive in Dubai for a 6-month contract with potential extension or absorption. The role focuses on following up on leads, generating new business, and coordinating with regional distributors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors in a related field, strong CRM experience (MS Dynamics), and fluent Arabic and English, with a proactive, target-driven mindset for outbound prospecting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
• Experience in CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Exposure to technical, industrial, electrical, instrumentation, solar, construction or test & measurement products is an advantage.
• Fluent Arabic & English – written and verbal – is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and sales opportunities generated through sales & marketing activities.
• Generate new leads and identify potential customers across solar, construction, industrial and other emerging market verticals.
• Conduct customer mapping and proactively engage prospects through phone, email and online meetings.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead and opportunity information in CRM / Microsoft Dynamics.
• Support the sales team in executing action plans and coordinating customer/distributor meetings.
• Coordinate with internal sales & marketing teams and distributors across Middle East & Africa.
• Track follow-ups and ensure timely progression and conversion of opportunities.
