Job summary

Confidential in Dubai is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle high-volume order processing in a fast-paced B2B trading environment. You will manage the complete order fulfilment cycle, coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance, and maintain ERP records to support internal teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in customer service or order management, hands-on ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics), and strong Excel/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or order management.
• Experience in distribution or B2B trading preferred.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume orders and delivery coordination.
• Proficient with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Dynamics).
• Strong MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and LPOs accurately in the ERP system.
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle including entry, confirmation, dispatch, delivery and invoicing.
• Respond to pricing, stock, delivery schedules and order status inquiries.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance for timely fulfilment.
• Follow up on credit holds, pending orders and discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ERP data.
• Prepare reports on order processing and delivery performance.
