Our client is a leading player in the alcoholic beverages industry, representing a diverse portfolio of renowned international beer, wine and spirits brands. We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Executive with strong experience in customer order management, order fulfilment and delivery coordination in a fast-paced B2B environment. Candidates from Oil & Gas, oilfield equipment, industrial supplies, spare parts, lubricants, chemicals, FMCG distribution or B2B trading are encouraged to apply, particularly those experienced in handling high-volume customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchase orders and LPOs accurately in an ERP system.
• Manage end-to-end order processing, from order entry and confirmation to dispatch, delivery and invoicing.
• Respond to customer and Sales team queries on pricing, stock availability, order status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Follow up on credit holds, outstanding orders, delivery delays and order discrepancies.
• Coordinate stock transfers, returns, inventory transactions and stock-related credit notes.
• Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation and ERP data.
• Prepare reports on order processing, delivery performance, returns and outstanding orders.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales coordination or sales administration.
• Experience in a distribution, trading or industrial B2B environment is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with high-volume order processing and delivery coordination.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, coordination and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail, accountability and a customer-focused approach.
