Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service, order management or sales administration.
• Experience in distribution, trading or industrial B2B environments preferred.
• Hands-on with high-volume order processing and delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchase orders and LPOs in an ERP system.
• Manage end-to-end order processing from entry to invoicing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance teams.
