Job summary

Caliberly in Dubai, UAE is seeking an Order Processing Specialist to manage end-to-end order processing, coordination with sales, logistics, warehouse and finance, and ensure timely delivery to customers and distributors in a fast-paced international environment.

You will verify codes, enter orders in ERP (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft Dynamics), monitor progress, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate records while communicating clearly with internal teams and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in order processing, order management, sales administration, customer operations, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience in fragrance, cosmetics, beauty, FMCG, luxury goods or related environment is preferred.
• Hands-on with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, validate, and process customer purchase orders accurately and within established timelines.
• Verify product codes, descriptions, quantities, pricing, discounts and customer details before entry.
• Enter and maintain sales orders in ERP with accurate information.
• Monitor order progress from receipt to delivery and coordinate with sales, logistics, warehouse and finance.
• Prepare order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, and other sales documentation.
• Track shipment status and address delays or discrepancies as they arise.
