Job summary

Verto FX Ltd is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to accelerate B2B customer acquisition in the UAE region. You will design and execute data-driven growth programs, optimize CAC and conversion rates, and collaborate with Sales on ABM for high-value accounts.

Leveraging HubSpot and PostHog, you will craft region-specific content, manage paid campaigns with the global marketing team, and build partnerships with local fintech players. Experience in FinTech or cross-border payments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in growth marketing.
• Proven track record in measurable customer acquisition.
• Deep practical understanding of the UAE B2B marketing landscape.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and trends.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for B2B audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B customer acquisition through targeted lead generation strategies and optimal channel mixes.
• Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and marketing ROI through data-driven testing and analysis.
• Partner with Sales to execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for high-value accounts.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team to activate paid media campaigns.
• Scale local market presence in the UAE via PR, thought leadership, and industry events.
• Develop region-specific content including success stories, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with local fintech partners and industry associations.
• Launch initiatives to strengthen customer engagement and loyalty in collaboration with the Retention Lead.
• Track and report on campaign performance to increase active UAE customer base
