Job summary

Verto is seeking a Growth and Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention in the UAE. You will build a strong local brand, launch high-impact campaigns, and drive measurable B2B growth by leveraging data-driven strategies and close collaboration with Sales and Product.

You will tailor regional content, manage partnerships with local associations and fintechs, and scale Verto’s presence through PR, events, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of growth marketing experience with measurable acquisition results.
• Deep understanding of the UAE B2B marketing landscape, both traditional and digital.
• Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation and product analytics tools such as HubSpot, PostHog, and major social media platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret performance data and refine campaigns.
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities for diverse B2B audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with Sales to understand unit economics and sales cycles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline strategies for high-intent, ICP-aligned B2B prospects, focusing on deal quality and pipeline velocity.
• Optimize CAC, conversion rates, and overall marketing ROI through data-driven decision-making and testing.
• Partner with Sales and Product to design ABM campaigns and refine ICP, with win/loss analyses.
• Collaborate with the central global marketing team to activate paid media with a local focus.
• Establish and scale UAE market presence via PR, thought leadership, events, and partnerships.
• Develop region-specific content: customer stories, trend reports, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
• Identify and cultivate marketing partnerships with local associations, fintechs, and business organizations.
• Work with the Retention Lead to boost customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance to increase active UAE customers in 6–12 months.
