Job summary

Payfuture is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive the execution of its marketing strategy across core markets. Based in Dubai or London, this is a hands-on senior role reporting to the Co-Founders and owning the marketing calendar, aligning with sales to build pipeline.

You will translate go-to-market plans into campaigns, content and events, manage junior staff or agencies, and coordinate PR, campaigns and demand generation across international markets.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years in B2B marketing with 2–3 years in a manager role.
• Fintech/payments or financial services experience preferred.
• Proven ability to plan integrated campaigns that generate measurable pipeline.
• Hands-on digital marketing across paid media, SEO, email, social and automation.
• Strong content and copywriting and thought leadership materials.
• Experience coordinating PR, events and agency partners.
• Data-driven with ROI tracking and reporting.
• Experience in international or emerging markets.

Responsibilities

• Translate go-to-market strategy into quarterly plans, budgets and calendars.
• Deliver campaigns targeting merchants and clients seeking cross-border payment services.
• Balance quick-win campaigns with long-term brand-building per roadmap.
• Manage and develop junior team members, freelancers and agencies with clear briefs.
• Coordinate PR and media activities with agencies and partners.
• Produce thought leadership content for leadership, including articles and LinkedIn material.
• Plan and run integrated B2B campaigns across digital, paid media, email, social and events.
• Own website, SEO and performance marketing to generate qualified leads.
• Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, case studies, one-pagers).
• Track ROI and share campaign insights with sales; manage events presence.
