Job summary

Verto is hiring a Growth and Marketing Manager in Dubai to lead local B2B acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will craft and execute high-impact UAE campaigns, partner with Sales and Product on ABM, and drive measurable growth through data-driven optimization.

You will build a local brand, manage partnerships, and create region-specific content while collaborating with the global marketing team for aligned campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in growth marketing with measurable results.
• Deep understanding of UAE B2B marketing, both digital and traditional.
• Hands-on with marketing automation and analytics tools (HubSpot, PostHog).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action.
• Excellent communication and storytelling for diverse B2B audiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B customer acquisition by building ICP-aligned pipelines and high-quality prospects.
• Optimize CAC, CPA, ROAS, and overall marketing ROI via data-driven testing and channel analysis.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product to design ABM campaigns and refine ICP.
• Coordinate with global marketing to ensure locally relevant, data-driven campaigns.
• Develop region-specific content and thought leadership for the UAE market.
• Establish and scale local presence via PR, events, and partnerships.
• Track campaign performance and report impact on UAE customer growth.
