Job summary

Pro Digitech DWC-LLC is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive / Sales & Marketing Executive to generate new clients in Dubai and across the UAE. This commission-based role suits experienced sales professionals and freelancers with strong networks.

Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, generating leads via multiple channels, and closing deals while building long-term relationships with entrepreneurs and SMEs. Multilingual candidates are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE business environment.
• English fluency; multilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in Dubai and the UAE.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, and field sales.
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable services.
• Arrange meetings and consultations with prospects.
• Follow up with potential clients until deals close.
• Build relationships with entrepreneurs, startups, SMEs, investors, and business owners.
• Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales targets.
