Job summary

Gulf Workforce in Dubai seeks a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth for a recruitment platform. You will lead outbound B2B calls, generate and convert leads, and tailor recruitment solutions for corporate clients to expand our client base.

The role targets a results-driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills. UAE-based candidates are preferred, with immediate joiners welcome to accelerate impact.

Qualifications

• 13 years of home country experience in telesales or B2B sales.
• Experience in FinTech or Recruitment/HR services preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Experience in selling services is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work independently.
• Candidates currently in the UAE preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients
• Generate new business leads and convert them into active clients
• Identify client hiring needs and propose suitable recruitment solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls leads and follow-ups
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business development KPIs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
