Results-driven Business Development Sales Executive

This role is critical in actively prospecting new business opportunities in the UAE and KSA markets while converting marketing-generated leads into long-term client partnerships.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in manpower services, staffing solutions, or business services, understands workforce outsourcing models, and can effectively communicate value propositions to C-level and procurement decision-makers.

This is a performance-based role with an attractive commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and create new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, and market research.
• Convert marketing-generated leads into qualified opportunities and closed deals.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing and client onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in HR, Procurement, and Operations.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with focus on both white-collar and blue-collar outsourcing as well as direct hire segments.

Qualifications

• Any degree with experience in business development.
• Experience in manpower services, staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, or business services (HR solutions).
• Proven track record of closing B2B deals with contract values of AED 500K.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
