Job summary

OMODA JAECOO UAE is seeking an Automotive Fleet Sales Manager in the UAE market. The role focuses on driving fleet and B2B vehicle sales by building relationships with corporate clients, government entities, rental and leasing companies, and other key accounts.

You will develop fleet strategies, negotiate pricing and terms, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Aftersales, and Marketing teams to achieve targets and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in automotive fleet sales supervisory or management role.
• Established network with corporate fleets, government entities, rental/leasing companies in UAE.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Business Development & Networking.
• Commercial negotiation and pricing & profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the fleet sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Identify and acquire new corporate, government, rental, leasing, and key account customers.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing fleet customers.
• Prepare commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and fleet agreements.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
