Job summary

COÉGA Sunwear in the UAE is seeking a results-driven B2B Sales Manager with proven fashion industry experience to drive growth in the B2B channel and manage a portfolio of accounts including retailers, distributors and online marketplaces.

The role requires developing and executing sales strategies, forecasting performance, leading and mentoring the sales team, negotiating pricing and commercial agreements, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market share while aligning with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 6+ years' of sales and/or Business Development experience in B2B, preferably fashion.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills to build and maintain commercial relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and execute commercial plans to hit targets.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and business insight for leadership decisions.
• Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to improve performance and win rates.
• Achieve sales targets through a proactive commercial agenda and new business initiatives.
• Identify and target potential B2B clients, understanding business needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and online marketplaces.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions and commercial agreements.
• Document policies and procedures of Sales to ensure consistency.
• Gather intel for product planning and marketing for B2B collections.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement visual merchandising and campaigns.
