Esmos Recruitment is seeking an Event Director to take full leadership of a major B2B exhibition client. You will own strategy, budgeting, and drive revenue growth while engaging high-level stakeholders.

You will lead cross-functional teams, launch new exhibitions and scale existing ones, using data-driven insights to improve performance and deliver commercial success in complex environments.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in exhibitions and B2B event management.
• Proven track record of owning full P&L, budgets, and commercial delivery.
• Strong exposure to government or C-suite stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional internal teams.
• Experience transforming event performance through data, innovation, and process.
