Qualifications

• Languages listed are desirable for client engagement and outreach.
• Comfortable presenting and selling to high-net-worth individuals and C-suite executives.
• Previous experience in the aviation industry is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a database of Prospects withing Vista’s CRM system.
• Book 1st Meetings for Program prospects with your Sales VP, sell charter flights & XO memberships to new clients.
• Collaborate with a regional account management team to grow your region’s book of business.
• Prepare tailored email cadences and outreach sequences to drive client/prospect interaction.
• Handle incoming calls and email requests from customers.
• Conduct research to improve the CRM database and build richer client profiles.
• Ensure the database is accurate and up-to-date, logging calls and emails after meetings.
• Reach out to previous members and lost opportunities to rebuild relationships.
• Understand customer trip needs and articulate options that best suit their requirements.
• Maintain continued customer contact post-sale for efficient account management.
• Provide weekly & monthly KPI reports including lead sources, calls, emails, meetings, activities, and closed deals.
