Job summary

Chapman Freeborn is seeking an experienced VIP & Passenger Charter Broker to join our Dubai team. You will drive client acquisition, source aircraft and manage end-to-end flight operations to deliver tailored charter solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in aviation, strong relationship skills, and fluency in English; Turkish/Russian remain a plus. This role offers global exposure within a diverse international group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant aviation experience.
• Proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
• Strong client relationship skills and market awareness.
• Operational command of English; Turkish/Russian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high volume of cold calls to identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Follow up promptly on calls and leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Log business activity in the CRM describing opportunities and follow-ups.
• Explore new markets through research, cold calling and networking to grow the client portfolio.
• Source suitable aircraft and liaise with operators to tailor solutions for clients.
• Oversee flight management from booking to completion, ensuring compliance and service quality.
