Job summary

Vista is seeking a proactive sales professional to manage a prospect database, book first meetings with the Sales VP, and collaborate with regional teams to grow the book of business. You will craft tailored outreach, handle inquiries, and enrich CRM profiles to understand client needs.

You will maintain ongoing post-sale contact for account management and provide KPI reports, driving revenue with strategic outreach to high-value clients across Eastern Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to high-net-worth individuals and executives.
• Ability to manage and grow a prospect database with CRM.
• Comfortable presenting and engaging with C-suite clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a database of prospects in Vista’s CRM.
• Book first meetings for program prospects with the VP of Sales.
• Collaborate with regional teams to grow the book of business.
• Prepare tailored email cadences and outreach sequences.
• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers.
• Research to enrich CRM profiles and understand client needs.
• Keep CRM data accurate with logged calls and meetings.
• Re-engage previous members and lost opportunities.
• Understand trip needs and articulate suitable options.
• Maintain ongoing post-sale contact for account management.
• Provide weekly and monthly KPI reports on activity.
