Job summary

TradesApp seeks a Response Center Operator to monitor the operational status of autonomous vehicles and coordinate answers to incidents. The role requires strong situational awareness and clear communication to respond quickly and accurately to developing situations.

Ideal candidates will have experience in control rooms or fleet monitoring environments and the ability to stay calm during emergencies while following escalation procedures and maintaining precise incident records.

Qualifications

• Strong situational awareness and decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with monitoring systems.
• Ability to follow escalation procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the real-time operational status of autonomous vehicles.
• Identify and respond to traffic accidents, emergencies and operational incidents.
• Rapidly dispatch emergency work orders to relevant ground support teams.
• Coordinate on-site response activities with operational teams.
• Escalate incidents in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with ground teams during incidents.
• Execute map interruption processes in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Monitor incident progress through to appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions and responses.
• Follow established emergency response and operational procedures at all times.
