Job summary

Experts Plus Recruitment Services seeks a polished Front Desk Agent for a Dubai showroom on a 3-month temporary contract. You will be the first point of contact, greet visitors, and direct them to the right sales executive while handling administrative tasks and outbound calling to back the sales team.

You will maintain daily logs, manage lead databases in Excel, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales floor, supporting a fast-paced luxury showroom environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years front desk/administrative experience (automotive or luxury retail preferred).
• Proficient in Excel with basic formulas and data entry skills.
• Experience with SAP in automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate sales executive or department.
• Conduct outbound calls to potential leads for appointment setting and reminders.
• Maintain showroom logs, visitor trackers, and lead databases in Excel.
• Qualify leads by gathering initial information from visitors and callers.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team with paperwork and filing.
