Job summary

STM Auto Care (Specialised Technical Automobile Maintenance ) in Abu Dhabi seeks a proactive Business Development professional to expand automotive service maintenance and repair business. You will build corporate and fleet accounts, identify partners, and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer needs are met while promoting service packages and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftersales, service marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the UAE automotive service market.
• Experience developing corporate and fleet accounts is a plus.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Bosch Car Service standards is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business for automotive service maintenance and repair.
• Generate retail corporate and fleet customers.
• Identify and approach companies fleet operators and potential business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Promote service packages preventive maintenance programs and workshop campaigns.
• Follow up on leads enquiries quotations and business opportunities.
• Conduct market visits and actively identify new customers.
• Support customer retention and repeat business initiatives.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop management to ensure customer requirements are effectively handled.
• Support digital and social media marketing activities when required.
