Job summary

STM Auto Care (Specialised Technical Automobile Maintenance ) in Abu Dhabi seeks a proactive Business Development professional to expand automotive service maintenance and repair business. You will build corporate and fleet accounts, identify partners, and coordinate with service teams to ensure customer needs are met while promoting service packages and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive aftersales, service marketing, sales, or business development.
• Strong understanding of the UAE automotive service market.
• Experience developing corporate and fleet accounts is a plus.
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Familiarity with Bosch Car Service standards is an added advantage.
