Job summary

STM Auto Care in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to welcome customers and understand their service and repair needs. You will prepare job cards, repair estimates and service recommendations.

You will coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion, keep customers informed about progress and costs, and explain technical issues clearly. Knowledge of multi-brand vehicles and UAE driving licence are required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Automotive Service Advisor, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong customer service, communication and sales skills.
• Good communication in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus; valid UAE driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.
• Prepare job cards repair estimates and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians and the workshop team for timely completion of jobs.
• Keep customers informed about repair progress costs and additional requirements.
• Explain technical issues and repair recommendations clearly to customers.
• Follow up with customers and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Identify additional service and maintenance requirements where appropriate.
• Support workshop productivity, service quality and customer retention.
