Qualifications

• Vocational qualification in automotive trade.
• Diploma in Automobile Engineering or graduate.
• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive trade.

Responsibilities

• Receive and greet customers, discuss servicing/repair needs and guide assessment and repair planning.
• Prepare clear work instructions for technicians and keep customers updated during the job progress.
• Ensure quality by organizing inspection on completion and confirming adherence to standards.
• Deliver vehicles courteously and ensure customer satisfaction to support regular business.
• Maintain proactive customer communication about performance, service needs and future maintenance.
• Upsell new accessories, service packages, and participate in service campaigns.
• Upgrade product knowledge through training and workshops.
• Build cordial relations with customers and workshop staff and follow up on WIP.
• Follow up on long-pending vehicles for delivery.

Education
