Al-Futtaim Automotive in Dubai is seeking Sales Executives to drive vehicle sales and build lasting customer relationships. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets while promoting Finance & Insurance products, trade-ins, and accessories to maximize revenue.

You will create a seamless customer journey in a fast-paced retail environment, maintaining high service standards. Fluency in English is required, Arabic is a plus, and a valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably automotive or retail.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong upselling and cross-selling capabilities creating value for customers.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.

• Support Team Success: Collaborate with branch teams to deliver objectives and outcomes.
