Job summary

Al Ghurair invites an experienced Parts Advisor to join our Dubai Automotive Spare Parts team. You will identify vehicle parts from details, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with workshop, retail, and procurement to ensure fast, accurate delivery.

A strong focus on stock control and customer service is essential. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with automotive parts catalogues, ERP or dealer management systems, and proven ability to upsell while maintaining inventory

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive spare parts, dealership parts operations, or vehicle service support.
• Ability to identify correct vehicle components from model, chassis, and repair data.
• Experience preparing quotations and processing parts orders.

Responsibilities

• Identify the correct automotive parts using vehicle details and technical references.
• Supply workshop technicians and Service Advisors with required components on time.
• Handle retail, workshop, and internal parts inquiries professionally.
• Prepare parts quotations based on availability, pricing, and terms.
• Process parts orders and record all details accurately.
• Monitor stock availability and address shortages affecting requirements.
• Follow up on backorders and urgent parts requests until fulfilled.
• Coordinate with warehouse for receiving, locating, picking, and issuing parts.
• Support procurement in replenishing fast-moving and critical items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock-control activities.
