Job summary

ALBA CARS in Dubai is seeking a Call Center Agent to handle outbound calls for our Automotive division. You will engage potential customers, present services and vehicle options, and book test drives or service appointments.

You should thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, have strong English communication, and be comfortable using a CRM to log conversations and outcomes. Arabic language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound calling, telesales, or similar roles (automotive industry preferred).
• Strong verbal communication and objection-handling skills.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation processes.
• Positive attitude, target-oriented mindset, and ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from internal lead databases.
• Present automotive services, offers, and vehicle options in a confident and professional manner.
• Understand client needs and offer relevant vehicle or service solutions.
• Book test drives, service appointments, or showroom visits.
• Maintain accurate logs of conversations, outcomes, and preferences in the CRM.
