Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai seeks a dynamic Sales Executive to drive monthly unit sales, maximize gross margins, and promote Finance and Insurance (F&I) products while handling trade-ins and accessory sales.

You will collaborate with Showroom staff and Branch Managers to deliver compelling offers, ensure high customer satisfaction, and continuously learn through mandatory trainings and brand campaigns. Extended hours may be required to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years sales experience, automotive background desirable.
• Written and spoken English is mandatory; Arabic is preferable.
• Understanding and experience with Microsoft Office applications, proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly unit sale targets by guiding customers through a structured sales journey.
• Maximize retained gross margins on unit sales to maintain branch profitability.
• Achieve monthly Finance and Insurance (F&I) product sales targets.
• Promote referrals to Showroom Managers for enhancing revenue opportunities and improving NPS/CSV scores.
• Achieve set Trade-ins and Dealer Installed Options (DIO) Accessories sales targets.
• Manage leads and convert Tel/Web/Walk-in enquiries to sales, aiming for a 25% conversion rate.
• Ensure accurate capture of customer data in Fastrack to enhance referencing and efficiency in follow-up.
