Responsibilities

• Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable rental vehicles based on preferences, budget, and use.
• Explain rental pricing, availability, booking procedures, contract conditions to customers.
• Manage customer reservations and ensure bookings are recorded accurately and timely.
• Prepare and process rental/leasing agreements, explain insurance coverage and terms.
• Coordinate with fleet/operations to ensure vehicles are inspected and ready for pickup/delivery.
• Maintain records of customers, availability, reservations, payments, and rental docs.
• Promote rental services and identify opportunities to grow business, encouraging repeat visits.
• Follow up with customers after rental period to gather feedback and resolve issues.
