Qualifications

• High School education is required.
• 1–3 years of rental sales experience in GCC.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inquiries, take bookings, and provide information on availability and rental charges.
• Check customers’ credentials and drivers’ licenses, draw up rental agreements and arrange delivery in prime condition.
• Ensure timely payments and process to collect payments from clients; obtain approvals and documentation.
• Check vehicles for damages, mileage, hygiene before delivery and handover to clients.
• Maintain counter housekeeping standards and forward rental documents to the main office daily.
