Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify and target potential customers (corporate and individual) to promote rental services
• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Present rental packages, promotions, and services effectively
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

Customer Service

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable rental solutions
• Ensure smooth booking processes, including coordination for vehicle delivery and return

Market Analysis & Reporting

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Prepare regular sales reports (leads, pipeline, performance, feedback)

Product Knowledge

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fleet, rental policies, and promotions
• Stay informed about industry updates and trends

Requirements

Education
