Bayut & dubizzle is seeking a Sales Executive - Inside Sales in Dubai. You will drive the full sales cycle, upsell dubizzle car services, and build strong customer relationships through phone and field interactions.

The role emphasizes understanding client needs, proposing tailored packages, and consistently surpassing sales targets. Ideal candidates have 4–5 years in inside sales, familiarity with automotive services, and strong CRM skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4–5 years proven inside sales/telesales experience.
• Experience in selling used cars, car insurances, service/warranties, insurance and car financing is a plus.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and managing high call volumes.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and qualify prospects from diverse lead sources (cold, warm, hot).
• Consult with customers to understand needs and propose best value-added services.
• Present tailored proposals and maintain professional communication via emails, calls and texts.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and consistently exceed targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and opportunities in CRM.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve the sales cycle and offerings.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors’ offerings.
