Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Dealer Relationship Manager– Auctions in Abu Dhabi to drive wholesale auction performance by managing dealer relationships and improving participation. You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless auctions and excellent dealer experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in automotive wholesale/auctions, UAE market familiarity, and strong negotiation and organizational skills. You will oversee listings, reporting, and post-auction activities to maximise sell-through.

Qualifications

University degree or diploma in a related field.
3–5 years of automotive industry experience, preferably in used cars, wholesale, auctions, or dealer relationship management.
UAE/GCC automotive market experience preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficient in Excel and reporting.
Experience with online auction platforms or dealer management systems is an advantage.
Knowledge in buying/selling or prior as a used car buyer with dealer connections is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Manage daily wholesale auctions and ensure smooth execution from listing to final sale.
Enrol and maintain an active network of wholesale dealers across the UAE.
Increase dealer engagement and active bidding through regular communication.
Coordinate with Purchasing, Pricing, and Wholesale teams to prepare vehicles for auction.
Ensure accurate vehicle listings with complete information prior to auction.
Monitor performance metrics and establish dealer credit facilities where applicable.
