Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in ATM/SCDM maintenance and repair, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and techniques for troubleshooting ATM issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and repair costs.
• Maintain ATM availability to maximize uptime and revenue.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports.
• Collaborate with workshop, IT, security, and management teams to address issues and implement upgrades.
• Refine troubleshooting methods to minimize downtime and improve ATM/SCDM performance.
