Transguard Group in Dubai is seeking an Engineer - Technical Services ATM to join the Cash Services team at its headquarters in DAFZA. The role is responsible for ensuring ATM availability, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional service while collaborating with internal teams and customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in ATM/SCDM maintenance and repair, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in diagnostic tools and techniques for troubleshooting ATM issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform regular preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns and repair costs.
• Maintain ATM availability to maximize uptime and revenue.
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports.
• Collaborate with workshop, IT, security, and management teams to address issues and implement upgrades.
• Refine troubleshooting methods to minimize downtime and improve ATM/SCDM performance.
