Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Customer Engineer to deliver field-based technical support across the UAE. You will install, maintain and repair customer equipment with a focus on ATMs, kiosks, POS systems, PCs and printers and related peripherals.

You will own customer incidents from initial response to resolution, meet SLAs, and escalate when needed. This role suits an early-career technician who enjoys hands-on problem solving, customer interaction and working independently in the field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent in electronics/IT field.
• Up to 1 year in field service, EPOS installation or PC hardware support.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office and PC hardware.
• Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel within territory and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• UAE citizenship is required under Emiratisation program.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment across the UAE territory (ATMs, kiosks, POS, PCs, printers).
• Diagnose issues, perform repairs and escalate complex incidents.
• Own customer incidents from start to resolution and communicate progress.
• Perform preventive maintenance and site preparation tasks.
• Build relationships with customers and internal teams while representing NCR Atleos.
• Maintain accurate service records, asset data and inventory.
• Follow security procedures when working on ATMs and at financial institutions.
