Job summary

NCR Atleos in UAE seeks a Customer Engineer to install, maintain and repair financial equipment across an assigned territory, ensuring high client satisfaction.

You will handle Tier I repairs on EPOS, ATMs and kiosks, perform routine preventive maintenance, and coordinate with security and call center teams. UAE Emiratisation eligibility applies; night shifts and travel may be required.

A proactive, customer‑facing attitude and ability to learn quickly are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Experience with PC hardware maintenance and support.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment to ensure continuous customer operations.
• Own customer problems from start to resolution per SLAs.
• Perform Tier I repairs on EPOS, ATMs, kiosks, and peripherals.
• Assist site preparation, cable installation and equipment staging.
• Capture asset data and report calls, expenses, and activities.
• Travel as required and work flexible shifts including nights/weekends.
