Job summary

NCR Atleos is hiring a UAE-national Field Service Technician to install, maintain and repair equipment in assigned territories. You will handle Tier I ATM and EPOS hardware, requiring travel, flexible shifts, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong IPC, Windows and problem-solving skills are essential.

The role emphasizes Emiratisation and local compliance within the UAE, with responsibilities spanning site prep, reporting, and coordination with security and call-center teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of related experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience in PC hardware maintenance and support.
• A+ Certification.
• ITE or Polytechnic qualification in Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new skills quickly.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce high-quality work.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
• High level of mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Experience maintaining computer hardware, including desktops, servers, peripherals, routers, networks, switches, and hubs.

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, overtime, flexible shifts, and on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment within an assigned territory to ensure continuous operations.
• Own customer problems or incidents until resolution per SLA.
• Work on low-complexity financial/ATM products; perform minor repairs and component replacements.
• Assist in site preparation including cable installation and equipment staging.
• May perform modular swaps and unit replacements.
• Report calls, activity and expenses; capture asset data for invoicing.
• Coordinate with Call Center and Security Escort Officers as needed.
• Travel as required; work rotating shifts if applicable.
