Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced ATM operations and production support specialist in the UAE. The role focuses on monitoring ATM applications, automating deployments, and ensuring 24x7 availability with robust monitoring and logging.

You will collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot complex defects and implement timely fixes, leveraging BASE24/ePS, KAL, KTC, and Vynamic tools in a high‑volume, 24x7 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking technology or payment application support.
• 5+ years hands-on ATM applications and self-service banking platforms.
• Experience with ATM acquiring and BASE24 authorization environments.
• Experience with KAL/KTC/Vynamic ATM management applications.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor ATM application performance and availability.
• Automate deployments, scaling and incident response to improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting and logging systems for visibility.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot defects and implement fixes.
