Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a Customer Engineer for field-based technical support across UAE. You will install, maintain and repair equipment including ATMs, kiosks and POS systems, while owning incidents from start to finish and ensuring service levels are met.

The role suits an early-career technical professional who enjoys hands-on problem solving and customer interaction in a field environment. UAE nationals are preferred under Emiratisation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent technical qualification in electronics, IT or related field.
• Up to one year of relevant field service experience.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware and basic networking equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within UAE territory and work flexible hours.
• UAE citizenship as part of Emiratisation program.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair equipment across an assigned territory, including ATMs, kiosks, POS systems, PCs and peripherals.
• Diagnose technical issues, perform minor repairs and escalate complex incidents to support teams.
• Own incidents from initial response to resolution while meeting service levels.
• Perform preventative maintenance and site-preparation activities.
• Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate service records and asset data while safeguarding tools and documentation.
• Follow security and safety procedures when working on ATMs and at customer sites.
