HSBC Corporate and Institutional Banking in Dubai seeks an ambitious UAE National to join the team as an Associate Relationship Manager. The role focuses on managing exit processes for accounts not meeting internal parameters while maintaining client service until closure is completed.

The role requires strong corporate banking experience, KYC compliance, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate closures.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate banking and managing corporate relationships.
• Strong planning and organisational skills under pressure.
• Knowledge of UAE corporate market and regulatory environment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary contact for clients and internal colleagues on service-related matters.
• Track and follow up on the status of accounts identified for exit.
• Ensure accounts are closed within agreed timeframes.
• Provide management information on account closures progress.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to support timely account-closure completion.
• Ensure daily exception reports are closed promptly.
• Verify Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements are complete and up to date.
