This role is ideal for a developing QHSES assurance specialist with lead auditor qualification, strong system support capability, and the ability to help project teams maintain accurate records, reliable reporting, and compliant quality and safety processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support QHSES assurance activities by applying established procedures to routine system, reporting, audit, and documentation requirements.
Assist in driving QHSES strategic thinking and practical action across project teams and business users.
Deliver routine QHSES system reliability training for end users in an SME super administrator capacity.
Monitor the QHSES enterprise system for effectiveness and help resolve standard user, record, workflow, and reporting issues.
Support project teams with system implementation, performance metrics, project profiles, reports, and record maintenance.
Review application specifications to confirm that system functionality meets product and user requirements.
Gather user feedback to ensure company procedures, controlled documents, and working practices remain aligned with current system capability.
Process legacy data imports from previous management systems into current QHSES platforms with proper accuracy and traceability.
Keep project profiles and correlated records updated when key approvers, responsibilities, or workflow structures change.
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing monthly QHSES KPI reports for directors and senior stakeholders.
Prioritize assigned tasks by interpreting end-user needs, assessing urgency, and supporting timely completion of system or assurance actions.
Assist with internal and external audits according to the approved audit plan.
Update existing procedures, support preparation of new procedures, and upload approved documents into UNIFI within required timelines.
Work with IT teams on data imports, front-end records, back-end modifications, system changes, and troubleshooting support.
Maintain accurate assurance records, procedure logs, system updates, audit evidence, KPI files, and user support documentation.
Provide customer-focused assistance to project users, QHSES teams, assurance stakeholders, and business functions.
Help identify recurring system issues, reporting gaps, procedure mismatches, and improvement opportunities.
Support knowledge sharing across teams by guiding users on system functionality, assurance expectations, and documentation requirements.

Ideal Profile

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Current lead auditor qualification for 9001, 14001, or 45001.
3 years of relevant industry experience related to EPC construction and fabrication.
Knowledge of system design, development, testing, integration, and implementation.
Experience supporting QHSES system administration, data imports, record updates, and system modifications.
Understanding of QHSES procedures, assurance records, KPI reporting, audits, and controlled documentation.
Ability to work as a team member and step into team leadership responsibilities when required.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and spoken.
Excellent customer service approach with strong stakeholder engagement ability.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with mature judgment.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and related business applications.
Able to manage priorities, maintain accuracy, and support deadlines in a project-focused environment.
