Role Context

The QHSES Assurance Specialist is responsible for maintaining and improving quality, health, safety, environment, and sustainability assurance systems across fabrication yards and project operations. This position ensures management systems remain effective through audits, process reviews, corrective actions, and compliance monitoring while supporting operational consistency, risk reduction, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform monthly audits according to approved plans and deliver timely audit reports and findings
• Update existing procedures and assist in preparing new procedures and work instructions
• Develop and support KPI, QI, and COQ monitoring tools for fabrication yards and project operations
• Maintain and publish monthly and quarterly management reports for key functional performance indicators
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review audit findings and support effective root cause analysis
• Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools, corrective actions, and performance tracking methods
• Coach and mentor process owners to improve process discipline, standardization, and data-driven decision making
• Conduct 30, 60, and 90‑day verification audits to ensure sustainability of corrective actions
• Support management system reviews, policy revisions, and continuous compliance improvements
• Perform quality assurance reviews of management system documents within required governance cycles
• Manage document review workflows, publishing, voids, supersedes, and deletions within EDMS
• Administer EDMS training and assign user access rights to new team members
• Support development and enforcement of company document templates and best practices
• Present management system performance reports to business leadership and site teams

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in EPC construction, fabrication, or industrial quality assurance
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving capability
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and other recognized Quality Management Systems
• Internal Auditor certification or ISO Auditor qualification is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles
• Excellent document control and EDMS management experience
