ALDAR Properties PJSC is seeking a Development Manager to manage and oversee large development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience managing large-scale residential and retail assets valued over AED 500 million.

This role involves assisting with business development, conducting feasibility studies, developing financial models, and ensuring successful project delivery. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required along with strong knowledge of the real estate market in the GCC.

Formación

• Min of 8+ years of development management experience in managing large residential and retail real estate assets over AED 500 million.

Responsabilidades

• Manage development projects from inception to completion.
• Assist in business development activities for land and mixed-use assets.
• Develop feasibility studies and financial models for projects.
• Review progress and report on project deliverables.

Educación
